El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving is an asphalt paving contractor based in El Dorado Hills, CA. We provide asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, pothole repair, parking lot striping, resurfacing, milling, grading, drainage work, concrete curbing and sidewalks, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Services are provided under a separate written agreement or estimate between El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving and the customer.
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow potential customers to request estimates and make contact. Use of the Site does not create a service agreement or obligation on the part of El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving to perform any specific work.
Estimates provided by El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving - whether submitted online, by phone, or in person - are based on information available at the time of assessment. A written estimate is valid for the period stated on the estimate document. Prices are subject to change if site conditions, material costs, or the scope of work change after the estimate is issued.
No work will begin without a signed agreement or written authorization from the customer. Verbal agreements do not constitute authorization to proceed.
Any estimate provided through the Site or by phone prior to an on-site visit is preliminary and not a final price. A binding written quote will be issued after an on-site assessment.
El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving will make reasonable efforts to schedule work at the time agreed upon. However, scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, equipment availability, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any scheduling changes.
Cancellations by the customer must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made after material has been ordered or mobilization has occurred may be subject to partial charges to cover costs already incurred.
El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving reserves the right to reschedule or decline work based on weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the installation - including temperatures below the minimum required for asphalt installation or rain in the immediate forecast.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or service agreement. Standard terms require payment in full upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling.
Past-due balances may be subject to a late payment fee as specified in the service agreement. El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels.
Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of estimate. Personal checks, credit cards, or other methods may be accepted depending on the project. Confirm accepted payment methods before scheduling.
The customer is responsible for:
El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving is not responsible for damage resulting from the customer's failure to meet these responsibilities.
El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving stands behind its workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to a project will be stated in the written service agreement. Where no specific warranty is stated, El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving will, at its discretion, correct defects in materials or workmanship that appear within a reasonable time under normal use conditions.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by: failure of the existing subsurface or base not identified at the time of estimate, acts of nature (including flooding, earthquakes, or extreme weather events), customer misuse or neglect, vehicle traffic exceeding the load capacity specified for the installation, or modifications made by third parties after project completion.
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any service provided, even if El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving's total liability to any customer exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and page layouts - is the property of El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to a service provided by El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing litigation.
Any legal action arising from these Terms or a service agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Dorado County, California.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
El Dorado Hills Asphalt Paving reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. The Effective Date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
